Small refreshment bar on the mountain pasture, sales of handicraft products and independent visit of the animals on the mountain pasture
The refreshment bar is a little higher than the Col du Lein. There you can enjoy a small snack: a cheese crust, a polenta or a shepherd's plate (Valaisan plate). The refreshment bar is only open in summer when the cows are on the alps (~ from the beginning of June to ~ mid-September). In this establishment, you can also buy locally produced cheeses (Raclette AOP, Tomme AOP, Serac AOP as well as goat's cheese), eggs from our hens, as well as home-made meats produced in the Bagnes valley. On our mountain pasture, we have cows of the Hérens breed, pigs, chickens, a dog, horses, goats and Roux du Valais sheep. WARNING, the refreshment bar does not take credit cards.
