The Swiss Woodcarving Museum is the only museum in Switzerland dedicated exclusively to woodcarving. It researches and presents objects that document this craft from its beginnings to the present day. With a thematic focus on the different eras of woodcarving, it guides its visitors through a piece of Swiss cultural, economic and tourism history. There are interesting areas for young and old alike. Special exhibition 2025: Urs-Peter Twellmann "Field of tension between chaos and order" - really worth seeing!
